This Warranty is extended by Regal Custom Woodworking. to the original purchaser of products manufactured by Regal Custom Woodworking. and Marketed under the Regal Poker Tables brand As well as the DK Poker Tables brand, which are maintained with usual care and used in ordinary use only.
Regal Custom Woodworking warrants our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship from the original date of purchase as follows:
ONE-YEAR - Regal Custom Woodworking will repair or replace, at our discretion, any wood frame or assembly that structurally fails during normal use due to a manufacturing defect for One year from the date of the original purchase by the original purchaser. Should a product be discontinued within that time, Regal Custom Woodworking will make every attempt to repair the item; however, if repair is not possible, we will replace the defective item with a similar product in a similar fabric and/or finish. Similarity of product, fabric, and finish will be determined solely by Regal.
Regal Custom Woodworking will replace pneumatic gas-lift cylinders, swivels, or casters upon receipt of the defective unit(s) for two years from original purchase date to the original purchaser. A copy of the original sales receipt must accompany defective unit(s). All costs associated with the removal, shipment, and installation of the new unit will be the responsibility of the user.
NOT-COVERED - Because the solid wood we used in products manufactured by Regal Custom Woodworking is a natural product and influenced by the external environment, some parts of your furniture and/or specific conditions are not covered under this or any warranty. This warranty does not cover Warping, splitting, shrinking, sticking, season splits, cracking, or checking of table tops, bar tops, or other solid wood parts used in products manufactured by Regal Custom Woodowrking. To minimize these conditions, Regal strongly recommends that the environment around the wood products be kept at a relative humidity of 25% - 35% year round and products are stored flat, where applicable. This warranty does not cover any natural effect in solid wood such as color variations or graining. Cloths, fabrics, leathers, or discoloring of wood finishes are not covered under this warranty.
This warranty is void if the failure of your furniture is attributable to fire, transit related damages, any and all acts of nature, by unreasonable or abusive use, accident, alteration, or normal wear and tear. Our services and warranty policy extends to normal use applications and does not cover industrial or institutional uses.
This warranty does not cover damage as a result of shipping that is not duly noted on shipping Bill of Laden at time of receipt of products. Regal recommends that you fully inspect all packages for indications of damage prior to accepting shipment from carrier.
All warranty claims must be made to Regal Custom Woodworking along with a dated proof of purchase or sales invoice for any and all warranty claims along with a picture of the defects.
All service of warranty items will be provided at our manufacturing facilities in Pleasantville, Iowa. Items returned for warranty service must be shipped freight pre-paid with a valid Return Authorization. Any items not shipped freight pre-paid or without a valid Return Authorization will be refused. Regal Custom Woodworking will determine if the issue is warrantable. If so, Regal Custom Woodworking will make any necessary repairs or replacements and return the part freight pre-paid. If the issue is not deemed a manufacturing defect, Regal Custom Woodworking will return the part C.O.D.
Regal is not responsible for the loss of use, time, inconvenience, packaging, travel, or other incidental damages. Repair or replacement of defective items will constitute complete fulfillment of this warranty. All labor costs associated with disassembling or assembling replacement items will be the responsibility of the user.
THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABLILTY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. REGAL CUSTOM WOODWORKING DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. THIS WARRANTY IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME.

Return Policy for California House Products
Regal allows the customer a 24 hour period to cancel their order after the order of a California House product has been placed. If your order is canceled within this 24 hour period you will receive a full refund of your purchase price. After the 24 hour period the order will have been placed into the production schedule. To expedite the delivery of your products, California House starts building your furniture package immediately once we place the confirmation of your order. Any order cancelations after this 24 hour time period will need to be authorized by California House and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. If you have received your merchandise then it is your responsibility to repackage your merchandise to avoid damage and return the products to Regal Custom Woodworking, freight paid in resaleable condition. Collect shipments will be refused. Please call Regal prior to returning any California House Products.
Return Policy for Regal Custom Products
Regal Custom Woodworking allows the customer a 24 hour period to cancel their order after the order of a Regal Custom product has been placed. If your order is canceled within this 24 hour period you will receive a full refund of your purchase price. After the 24 hour period the order will have been placed into the production schedule. To expedite the delivery of your products, Regal starts building your furniture package immediately once you finalize your order. Order finalization can be by verbal phone confirmation, email or by supplying your payment information for payment of your 50% deposit. Any order cancelations after this 24 hour time period and prior to 3 business days from the time of the order deposit being paid will need to be authorized by Regal Custom Woodworking and a 25% of the order total price will be deducted from your deposit as a restocking fee and the balance will be refunded. After 3 business days from the time your confirmation and deposit on the order has been paid, no refund of the 50% deposit can be made. Please call Regal prior to returning any Regal Custom Products for warranty or refund.
